Adam Hložek
Adam Hložek (born 25 July 2002) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a forward for Czech First League club Sparta Prague and the Czech Republic national team.[1]

Club career
Hložek was 12 years old when transferred from his home club Ivančice to Sparta along with his older brother Daniel. [2] Just 4 years later, he made his debut for the first team in a Czech Cup match against Polná as a substitutional player and scored once. [3]Hložek made his league debut for Sparta Prague on 10 November 2018 in their 3–1 win at Karviná at the age of 16 years, 3 months and 16 days, becoming the youngest Sparta player to appear in a league match.[1][4]
International career
He made his Czech Republic national football team debut on 4 September 2020 in a Nations League game against Slovakia.[5]
