The 2004 Football League Second Division play-off Final was contested by Brighton & Hove Albion and Bristol City at The Millennium Stadium, Cardiff. Brighton won the match 1–0 thanks to Leon Knight's goal from the penalty spot in the 84th minute.[1][2]
