1Borneo Hypermall (also known as 1Borneo) is a shopping centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. It is the largest shopping complex in East Malaysia and has been dubbed as Borneo Island's largest mall.[3][4] It is also situated in the fastest growing sector in Sabah. It was designed by YTS Architecture Sdn Bhd, an international architectural firm based in Kuala Lumpur. 1Borneo is 7 km away from Kota Kinabalu City and about 13 km away from Kota Kinabalu International Airport.[5][6]

Features

1 Borneo Hypermall has a bowling alley, cinema, anchor tenants like Bataras Hypermarket supermarket, Parkson, F&B outlets and a variety of shops.[3] With a total area of 418,063 m², the entire project consists of four hotels, over 900 condominium units and 1.2 million square feet of retail shops.[4]
