1998 PGA Tour
The 1998 PGA Tour season was played from January 8 to November 1. The season consisted of 45 official money events. David Duval won the most tournaments, four, and there were eight first-time winners. The tournament results, leaders, and award winners are listed below.
Tournament results
The following table shows all the official money events for the 1998 season. "Date" is the ending date of the tournament. The numbers in parentheses after the winners' names are the number of wins they had on the tour up to and including that event. Majors are shown in bold.
* The AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am was shortened to 54 holes due to rain. The first two rounds were completed the week of February 1, but the third and final round was rescheduled for August 17.[1]
