Winona Health is the only hospital in Winona County, Minnesota, United States. It is located in the city of Winona and includes a licensed 49-bed acute care hospital. Winona Health was founded in 1894 when local citizens and physicians raised $4,500 to remodel the former Langley Home into the 18-bed Winona General Hospital.[3] It is one of the largest employers in Winona.[3]
