White-eyed attila
The white-eyed attila or dull-capped attila (Attila bolivianus) is a species of bird in the family Tyrannidae. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and possibly Ecuador. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical swamps.
