Wajid Ali Khan Panni
Wajid Ali Khan Panni, also known as Wajed Ali Khan Panni II, was a Jatiya Party (Ershad) politician and the former Member of Parliament of Tangail-7.

Early life
Panni was born in Mirzapur Upazila, Tangail District, to a wealthy Bengali Muslim zamindari family known as the Karatia Zamindari. His father was Khurram Khan Panni who was the Chief Whip of the East Pakistan Provincial Assembly and the grandson of Wajed Ali Khan Panni I. His brother is Morshed Ali Khan Panni.
Career
Panni was elected to parliament from Tangail-7 as a Jatiya Party candidate in 1986 and 1988.[1][2]
