Vladimir Gasparyan
Vladimir "Vova" Gasparyan (Armenian: Վլադիմիր Գասպարյան, Born September 9, 1958) is a former Chief of Republic of Armenia's police from November 1, 2011 till his dismissal on May 10, 2018.[2][3][4]
