Viswaroopam (1981 film)
Viswaroopam is 1981 Telugu-language philosophical film, produced by K. Bhanu Prasad under the Kavi Ratna Movies banner[3] and directed by Dasari Narayana Rao.[4] It stars N. T. Rama Rao, Jayasudha [5] and music composed by Chakravarthy.[6] The film was a flop at the box office.

Plot
The film begins in a town, where two crooked & cruel people Anna Rao (Rao Gopala Rao) & Gunna Rao (Satyanarayana) who always compete for the city Municipal Chairman post and reach to any extent for achieving it. They also make their children Prasad Babu (Prasad Babu) & Eeswar Rao (Eeswar Rao) to move under their footsteps who create a lot of mess with their conflicts in the college politics. In that dilemma, a new lecturer Viswam (N. T. Rama Rao) a good samaritan joins the college. He eliminates all the disputes & quarrels, reforms his students, unites both parties and sustains peace in the college. At the same time, again municipal elections are notified so, Anna Rao & Gunna Rao approach Viswam to seek his help as student power is in hands, but he refuses. Now all the students pursue Viswam to contest, with their encouragement and aiding he wins with the majority. Knowing this, Anna Rao & Gunna Rao joins together, murders Viswam and disappears his body. Surprisingly, Viswam's soul appears to his students Prasad Babu & Eeswar Rao which guides and shows them his identical person Chittaiah (again N. T. Rama Rao) who is a kind-hearted local goon. At Present, Prasad Babu & Eeswar Rao requests and takes him into Viswam's place by civilizing. There onwards, he starts teaching the lesson to Anna Rao & Gunna Rao. Parallelly, the area is always affected by floods and kill hundreds of lives. Hence Viswam / Chittaiah decides to contract a dam which is the life ambition of Viswam. Here Anna Rao & Gunna Rao create many obstacles even Govt does not support, still, Viswam / Chittaiah unites all his students, also motivates the general public and successfully completes the dam. Frustrated, Anna Rao & Gunna Rao decide to blast it, but Viswam's soul directs the student and they protect the dam. At last, Chittaiah kills the baddies and surrenders to Police. Finally, the movie ends Viswam's soul leaving the earth.
