Vincent Buys
Vincent Buys was a member of the Washington House of Representatives during the 42nd district.[1] He was the ranking member of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee.[2] He also served on the Appropriations Committee and the Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government and IT[3][4][5]
