Viktoriya Lugovaya
Viktoriya Lugovaya also written as Viktorija Lugovaja (Виктория Луговая; born May 1992) is a Kazakhstani former long track speed skater, who was active between 2003 and 2014.[1]

Lugovaya represented her nation at international competitions. As a junior, she became four-time national junior champion and participated at the 2009, 2010 and 2011 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. At elite level she competed at the 2011 Asian Winter Games in the 3000 metres event, finishing 8th.[2] She also competed at other international competitions.[2] She was twice part of the team pursuit team riding a Kazakhstani speed skating record.[2]
Between 2006 and 2014 she had a total of 30 starts at national championships. She never became national champion, but won three silver and five bronze medals at national championships.[2]
