Vernonia syringifolia
Vernonia syringifolia is a species of plant in the family Asteraceae. It is native to Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.[1]Its branches alternate, with leaves membranous. It has two synonyms; Vernonia calongensis and Vernonia cardiophylla.
