Vassilis Chatzigiannakou

Vassilis Chatzigiannakou (Greek: Βασίλης Χατζηγιαννακού, born 10 April 1991) is a Cypriot footballer who plays for Othellos Athienou FC as a winger.

Career

Othellos Athienou

Chatzigiannakou was born in Athienou and trained at the Othellos Athienou FC academy. In 2008 he was promoted to the men's first team. In the 2013-14 season, they managed to finish in second place in the Cypriot Second Division, promoting them to the first division for the first time in the club's history. Chatzigiannakou played in 24 league matches for the club that season.

In the 2014-15 season, he made 26 league appearances and two in the 2014–15 Cypriot Cup. The club could not retain their position in the first division and were relegated.

Other clubs

On May 29, 2015 Chatzigiannakou signed with AEK Larnaca for the next two years.[1] He made just four appearances for the club before being transferred to Anagennisi Deryneia for the 2016-17 season. He stayed here for just three matches before returning to his old club, Othellos Athienou, in the same season.
