Valentina L. Garza
Valentina L. Garza is an American television writer and producer.
Born in Los Angeles in a Cuban and black household, she studied comparative literature at the University of California, Berkeley. She began her work in television as a writers' assistant and occasional writer on Los Beltrán, a Telemundo sitcom. After sending a spec script, she worked for six years on The Simpsons and then on Bordertown.[1] She later worked on The CW's Jane the Virgin; the network rejected her proposed spin-off show in 2019.[2]
