Tropical Storm Hanna
The name Hanna or Hannah has been used for eleven tropical cyclones and one extratropical cyclone worldwide.
Atlantic storms
In the Atlantic, the name Hanna was added in 1997 as a replacement for Hortense. Hannah was used only once on the old four-year lists.
- Hurricane Hannah (1959) – a strong hurricane that was only a threat to shipping.
- Tropical Storm Hanna (2002) – a storm that made landfall in the United States.
- Hurricane Hanna (2008) – Category 1 hurricane that caused over 500 deaths in Haiti before traveling up the eastern U.S. coast in September 2008.
- Tropical Storm Hanna (2014) – formed from the remnants of Tropical Depression Nine and made landfall in Nicaragua.
- Hurricane Hanna (2020) – Category 1 hurricane that impacted South Texas and Northeastern Mexico in late July 2020.
Pacific storms
After the 1999 season, the name Hanna was added to PAGASA's naming list after Harurot was retired, while Hannah was used for two storms in 1947 and 1997, respectively.
- Typhoon Hannah (1947) (Japan Meteorological Agency analyzed it as a tropical depression, not as a tropical storm.)
- Tropical Depression Hannah (1997) (01W, Atring, Japan Meteorological Agency analyzed it as a tropical depression, not as a tropical storm.) – an early-season storm that approached the Philippines, but died out before affecting land.
- Tropical Storm Lekima (2007) (T0714, 16W, Hanna) – a storm that made landfall in Northern Vietnam. This storm was called Hanna by PAGASA.
- Tropical Storm Tokage (2011) (T1107, 09W, Hanna)
- Typhoon Soudelor (2015) (T1513, 13W, Hanna) – impacted Taiwan and eastern China during August 2015.
- Typhoon Lekima (2019) (T1910, 10W, Hanna) – a strong typhoon that caused destruction to east China.

- The Disney preteen sensation of the second half of the 2000s, Hannah Montana (Miley Cyrus) has often been dubbed Hurricane Hannah, most prominently in an October 18, 2007 article in Time magazine.

- Bob Hannah, one of the most successful American motocross racers, uses the nickname "Hurricane Hannah".
