Tony Grindberg

Tony Grindberg (born December 21, 1960) is an American politician who served in the North Dakota Senate from the 41st district from 1992 to 2014.[1][2] Tony Grindberg was elected to the Fargo City Commission in June 2016.[3]

Corruption Allegations

In 2019 Tony Grindberg did not disclose conflict of interest with wife's firm Flint Group. The conflict of interest emerged in securing a $39,500 contract to devise a strategic plan for the proposed career academy. The conflict of interest was documented in “numerous” emails managers at the North Dakota State College of Science did not provide to auditors.[4] Tony Grindberg is currently the Vice President of the Work Affairs Division for the North Dakota State College of Science.[5]

Tony Grindberg was accused in January 2018 of violating the school’s code of conduct and harassing both female and male employees. The alleged harassment included several instances of derogatory, bullying, threatening and disrespectful verbal behavior.[6]
