Tokyo Bay City Bus
The Tokyo Bay City Koutsu Co., Ltd. (東京ベイシティ交通株式会社, Tokyo Bay City Koutsu Kabushiki gaisya)[3] is a bus company in Urayasu,Chiba Prefecture. The company was established in 1976 by the The Oriental Land Company, currently the company is owned by both the Keisei Group and the Oriental Land Company. The company headquarters and bus depot is located in Chidori in Urayasu.

History
- On 12 November 1976 - The company was established as a wholly owned subsidary of the Oriental Land Company as the Oriental Land Transport Co., Ltd.[4]
- On 1 April 1977 - The company started running one route which is named as No.1(between Urayasu Station Iriguchi and Maihama Shako (today's Maihama 3-chome bus stop).
- On 1 December 1988 - As the Keiyo Line was partially opened ( between Minami-Funabashi Station and Shin-Kiba Station), the company established new bus routes and bus stops. New stops were opened at Maihama Station and Shin-Urayasu Station.
- On 1 August 1989[5] - The company name was changed from Oriental Land Transportation to Tokyo Bay City Koutsu because of capital acquisition by Keisei Electric Railway.
- On 4 April 1996 - Closed original Urayasu Terminal and opened of Urayasu Station bus stop in front of Urayasu Station.[6]
