Timothy Jost

Timothy S. Jost is a professor at the Washington and Lee University School of Law.[1] He is the co-author of Health Law, a widely used textbook. His analysis and arguments regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA, Obamacare) have been widely quoted.[2][3]
