Theodemir of Iria

Theodemir or Theodomir (Galician and Spanish: Teodomiro; died 847), was a bishop of Iria, in Galicia. He was the discoverer of the alleged tomb of Saint James the Great, in what's now Santiago de Compostela, at some point between year 818, when his predecessor bishop Quendulf was still alive, and 842 when king Alfonso II of Asturias died.[1]
