The Iron Age (novel)
The Iron Age is a 1916 novel by the British writer Francis Brett Young.[1] It was the first of his Mercian novels, focusing on a major industrial steelworks in the Stour Valley and the complex relationship between the firm's owners and their dynamic head engineer.
