Teddy Newton

Teddy Newton (born March 3, 1964) is an artist at Pixar Animation Studios. He has worked as a storyboard artist for 2 Stupid Dogs, The Iron Giant, and Dexter's Laboratory.

Newton co-wrote Jack-Jack Attack as well as did the voices of multiple characters in movies such as The Incredibles, Ratatouille, WALL-E, Up, as Chatter Telephone in Toy Story 3, and as Mini Buzz in Toy Story Toons: Small Fry. His directorial debut was in Day & Night which he was nominated at Oscars for Best Animated Short Film.[1]

As of November 2012, Newton is currently directing a Pixar feature film, with Derek Connolly writing the screenplay.[2]

In 2019, it was announced that Newton will create the story for the Funko movie for Warner Animation Group and director Mark Dindal.[3]

Personal life

Newton is married to Stacey, a story manager at Pixar Animation Studios. They have a son Ace, born on January 21, 2011.[4]
