Taxus contorta
Taxus contorta commonly known as the west Himalayan yew is a species of tree in the genus Taxus. It lives in temperate forests of Afghanistan Northern India, Tibet and Pakistan.[1] It is commonly traded as timber for house construction and furniture. Taxus fuana is sometimes considered a synonym for T. contorta.[2]
