Tan Eng Hong v AG
Tan Eng Hong v. Attorney General is the title for two cases in Singaporean law. The High Court of Singapore judgement meted out on 15 March 2011 and the subsequent appeal case decided by the Court of Appeal on 21 August 2012.[1]
