While his Twitch account has been active since 2011, Sykkuno began streaming on a regular basis in 2019 after being convinced to do so by fellow streamer and OfflineTV member LilyPichu. He quickly gained popularity on the platform, with many attributing his calm, laid-back demeanor as a factor.[3]

On November 27, 2020, Sykkuno participated in an Among Us session on Twitch featuring U.S. representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. The stream raised over $200,000 to help combat food insecurity.[7][8]
