Steven P. Whitney
Steven P. Whitney is a United States Air Force brigadier general serving as the director for space programs of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition.[1] Prior to that, he was the deputy of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. A space acquisitions officer, he has also served as director of the Global Positioning Systems Directorate of the Space and Missile Systems Center.[2][3]
