Spondylus regius
Spondylus regius, the regal thorny oyster, is a species of bivalve mollusc in the family Spondylidae. It can be found in the Western Pacific,[1] and can grow 131 mm in length.[2]

Distribution and habitat
It lives in the Red Sea, Philippines, Japan, and Coral Sea waters,[2] and is found on coral debris from depths of 5 to 80 meters.[1]
