Snik
Dimitris Giannoulis (Greek: Δημήτρης Γιαννούλης, born 4 May 1987) better known by his stage name Snik (stylized as SNIK) is a Greek rapper. He has been described as the most popular Greek rapper and an absolute online phenomenon ΜΕ ΤΟ 9, having to enniari stin tsepi and more than 250 million views on his official YouTube channel.[2][3][4]

Early life
Dimitris Giannoulis was born and raised in Kifissia until the age of 11. After his parents' divorce, he moved to Viktoria, a central neighborhood of Athens, till the age of 18. He was writing lyrics at the time but he did not show them to anyone because he wanted them to be perfect .[2]
Career
From an early age he had a passion for music singing and making songs on an amateur level. In 2012 he released his first single "Thema Chronou" which quickly reached 100,000 views on YouTube. Following this success, he signed his first contract with the Panik Records label.[5] Immediately, he released the first two songs with his label; "Kounisou Dipla Mou" and "Ti Zoi Mou Grafo" (with DJ Young). During this time, SNIK gained a lot of reputation on the internet, with many critics judging his songs negatively.[6]
After almost two years break, in 2015, he returns with his new hit single "Tony Montana" in collaboration with the rapper Light, with whom he thrice again collaborated for the song "Gucci Mane", "Gia Panta" and "bosses". Snik has stated that "Tony Montana" is his favorite song from his discography.[7] In this period of his career, SNIK released some singles; "Ferrari", "Harry Houdini" and "DAB", in a collaboration with the rapper Ypo. Subsequently, he reached a new level of success, releasing five new songs that became pretty popular in Greece and Cyprus, these are; "Ath", "9", "Gangsta", "Gango" and "Medusa". The last song remains Snik's most popular song on YouTube, having collected more than 15 million views, until April 2019.[8]
Snik performed the song "To Gucci Forema" with Giorgos Mazonakis on Mad VMA 2018.[9] In 2019, he had European success with his song "Colpo Grosso", which reached number 1 in Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Albania, and number 10 in Switzerland.
