Shirley Winsley

Shirley Winsley (born June 9, 1934) is an American politician who served in the Washington House of Representatives from the 28th district from 1974 to 1975 and from 1979 to 1983 and from 1985 to 1993 and in the Washington State Senate from the 28th district from 1993 to 2004.[1][2]
