Shigeko Tomita

Shigeko Tomita (Japanese: 富田茂子, born April 1959) is a Japanese former long track speed skater, who was active in the late 1970s and early 1980s.[1]

As a junior, Tomita participated at the 1979 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. Tomita represented her nation twice at the World Allround Speed Skating Championships for Women. In 1981, finishing 25th overall and in 1982, finishing 13th overall.[2] She also competed at other international competitions.[2]
