Shanta Pinnacle
Shanta Pinnacle is an under construction 162 m (531 ft) 40-story commercial skyscraper in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Upon completion, The Pinnacle will be the second tallest tower in Dhaka.[2] The tower was approved for construction in September 2018, and is schedule to be completed by December 2022. The tower is owned by Shanta Holdings Limited. The skyscraper is the first in Dhaka to undergo a wind tunnel test, boasts a design by local firm EK Architects. It is designed as a LEED certified green building, with a double-glazed unitized facade system for energy efficiency.[3] Other energy-efficient features including the use of intelligent Building Management System.[4]
