Shalanda Young
Shalanda Delores Young is an American political advisor who is the designated deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget in the incoming Biden Administration.[1][2] For 14 years, Young has worked on the staff of the United States House Committee on Appropriations.[3][4]

Young is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University.[5][6]
