Shalanda Baker

Shalanda H. Baker (born December 24, 1976) is a professor of law, professor of public policy and urban affairs at Northeastern University. She is also a co-founder of the Initiative for Energy Justice, and she was an American rugby union player.

She played in the 1998 Women's Rugby World Cup.[1]

She graduated from the Air Force Academy, Northeastern University School of Law, and University of Wisconsin Law School. She was a professor of Law at University of San Francisco, Northeastern University, and University of Hawaii at Manoa.[2]
