Jules Narag who was elected in 1989. During the following election in 1991, the former Barangay Captain Atty. Jules Narag won the seat as Municipal Councilor. Remy Fajardo was consequently appointed as acting Barangay Chairman to take up the remaining term of the predecessor. From 1994 to 2002, Mariano Urbano became the barangay captain. Wilfredo F. Sulit succeeded the chairmanship of the barangay up to a third term.

The end of term for the former Barangay Chairman Wilfredo Sulit paved the way for the succession of his wife Rufina A.
