Education
Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Master of International Relations from the University of Cambridge.[1]
Career
During the Obama administration, Ahmed was the head of strategic planning for the United States National Security Council. He has since been a fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, where he specializes in foreign policy and research.[2][3][4]
