Södertälje Centrum railway station

Södertälje Centrum (abbreviated Södertälje C) is a terminal station on Stockholm commuter rail, located in central Södertälje, 38.1 km from Stockholm Central Station. Lines 40 to Uppsala, 41 to Märsta and 48 to Gnesta start here.

The station opened for traffic in 1860 under the name Södertelge nedre. In 1926 it was renamed Södertälje centralstation, until it got the current name in 1994. The yellow station building was drawn by Folke Zettervall and was completed 1917. The Södertälje centrum–Södertälje hamn line became double tracked 2010–2013.[2]
