Ruslan Tleubayev
Ruslan Bakhytzhanovich Tleubayev (Russian: Руслан Бахытжанович Тлеубаев; born 3 July 1987) is a Kazakh former cyclist, who competed professionally for the Astana team between 2013 and 2018.[2]
