Roman Catholic Diocese of Tlaxcala
The Roman Catholic Diocese of Tlaxcala (Latin: Dioecesis Tlaxcalensis) (erected 23 May 1959) is a suffragan diocese of the Archdiocese of Puebla de los Ángeles,[1] which was itself officially named the Diocese of Tlaxcala until 1903.[2] The present Diocese of Tlaxcala was erected from territory of that archdiocese and the adjacent Archdiocese of Mexico.[1]
