360 OTC
Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc. distributed the 360 OTC (over-the-counter) branded line of pharmaceutical products. Its product line consists of 360 OTC Extra Strength Pain Relief and 360 OTC Ignite Maximum Strength, an alertness-aid; the products were available in CVS/pharmacy, Walgreens and Meijer retail stores until around 2010.
Sponsorship and advertising
On February 18, 2007, Rockford-Montgomery Labs launched the first-ever SKYSCREEN Airship blimp with a 30 ft x 70 ft full-motion LED display.[1]
In spring 2007, Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc. was the primary sponsor of the #36 Bill Davis Racing Toyota driven by Jeremy Mayfield in NASCAR's NEXTEL Cup Series. He was later replaced by Mike Skinner and Johnny Benson mid-season.
360 OTC was the official sponsor of World Wrestling Entertainment's WrestleMania 23. However, WWE alleged in a lawsuit that this sponsorship went unpaid.[2]
In April 2008 Bill Davis Racing sued Rockford-Montgomery Labs for only paying $25,000 of the $4 million it owed the team for sponsorship.[3]
The company also signed on to sponsor the World of Outlaws Late Model Series and a name change was announced, but the renaming was quickly rescinded as DIRT Motorsports, owner of the World of Outlaws, also alleged in a lawsuit that Rockford-Montgomery failed to make the agreed sponsorship payments.[4]
