Rita Battisti
Rita Battisti (born July 1987) is an Italian former long track speed skater, who was active between 1995 and 2010.[1]

As a junior Battisti became 11 times junior national chamapion and participated at 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 World Junior Speed Skating Championships. At elite level Battisti represented Italy at the 2005 World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships as part of the Italian team in the team pursuit event finishing 5th.[2] She also competed at other international competitions, including at ISU Speed Skating World Cups.[2]
Between 2005 and 2010 she had a total of eight starts at national championships. She never became national champion, but won four silver and two bronze medals at national championships.[2]
