Rhamphomyia nigripennis
Rhamphomyia nigripennis is a species of dance flies, in the fly family Empididae. It is found in most of Europe, except France, Italy, Croatia, Bosnia, Greece, Albania, Romania, Ukraine and Belarus [2][3]
