Ravneet Gill
Ravneet Gill (born 1991[1]) is a British pastry chef, author of The Pastry Chef's Guide,[2] activist and television presenter. In 2020 Ravneet replaced Prue Leith to work as the judge on Junior Bake Off[3] alongside Liam Charles and Harry Hill. She is founder and director of Countertalk - a job service and community that promotes healthy work environments in the food industry[4][5][6][7] Ravneet is a food columnist for The Guardian Feast supplement[8] and The Daily Telegraph Food suplement.[9] She was listed in the 2019 list of most influential women in hospitality.[10]

Career
After studying Psychology at the University of Southampton[13] then at Le Cordon Bleu she worked as pastry chef at St. JOHN[14] before founding Countertalk.[15][16][17]
