Background
Rönninge Salem Fotboll is the result of a merger of the football sections of Rönninge SK (formed 1923) and IFK Salem (formed 1972). The merger took place in 1991 and the first season was in 1992.[2] In 1989 Rönninge SK played in Division 3 Östra Svealand.
Rönninge Salem Fotboll currently plays in Division 4 Stockholm Södra which is the sixth tier of Swedish football.[3] They play their home matches at the Salemsvallen in Rönninge.[4]
The club is affiliated to Stockholms Fotbollförbund.[5]
