Professor T. (Belgian TV series)

Professor T. is a Belgian TV drama series set in Antwerp about an eccentric professor at Antwerp University, Jasper Teerlinck, who is an advisor to the police. The show lasted for three seasons, released in 2015, 2016, and 2018.[1][2] The producers, Skyline Entertainment, announced that the third season would be its last.[3] Belgian Professor T. has a German remake under the same title, Professor T. (German TV series). By 2020 several countries made an adaption of the Belgian version. In 2020 it was announced that also the UK would shoot a remake.[4]

Release

In the UK, all three seasons are available on Channel 4's catchup service All 4, as part of its Walter Presents strand from the end of 2018.[5] In the US, the first season began to air May 2, 2019, on PBS stations and became available as part of the PBS Passport program.[6]
