Proctor Valley
Proctor Valley is a region in the southwest corner of San Diego County, California, in the United States. Proctor Valley Road runs through the valley and connects Jamul to Eastlake. This area, which is home to myriad unique forms of plant and animal life, is quickly being consumed by suburban sprawl. It contains populations of the federally threatened plant Deinandra conjugens.[1]
