Popinci
Popinci (Serbian Cyrillic: Попинци) is a village in Serbia. It is situated in the Pećinci municipality, in the Srem District, Vojvodina province. The village has a Serb ethnic majority and its population numbering 1,360 people (2002 census).

The name of the town in Serbian is in the plural, and therefore it is grammatically correct to refer to it as "Popinci are" instead of "Popinci is". A hypothetical singular version of the name would be Popinac.
