Pietro Bondioni
Pietro Bondioni, marquis of Niardo (Niardo, 1665 – Niardo, 1734) was a cavalry officer in the Republic of Venice.

Stephen's brother, who was also an infantry officer, he joined the Venetian army following in the footsteps of his father Lorenzo at the age of 15 years attending the military school of Venice. In 1683 at the age of 18 years, is called to lead the contingent of Bergamo during the Battle of Vienna in defense of the attack Turkish.
In 1685, after this battle, he married the noblewoman Caterina Griffi. he was given the task of commanding the cavalry in Valcamonica, lived in Niardo until his tragic death in a fall from his horse in the winter of 1734 at the age of 69.
