Phthisis (mythology)
Phthisis (Ancient Greek: Φθίσις (phthísis); "wasting away"; Roman name; "Tabes"), one of the Nosoi/Pestis, was the personification/daemon of rot, decay and putrefaction, in Classical/Greco-Roman mythology.[1][2]
