Philip Pierre
Philip J. Pierre is a Saint Lucian politician who is the political leader of the Saint Lucia Labour Party and Opposition Leader of Saint Lucia. He has been the parliamentary representative for the Castries East constituency since 1997.[1][2][3] He became Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Infrastructure, Port Services and Transport in 2011.[4]

Pierre was selected as Leader of the Opposition following SLP losses at the 2016 general election. He was confirmed leader of the Labour Party on 18 June 2016.[1][5]
