Card types

There are two cards types:

  • flavor Pez cards
  • Pez dispenser cards

Game play

  • to begin, everyone gets a hand of 5 flavor cards (four flavors total: lemon, grape, strawberry, and orange)
  • a pool of available dispensers can be drawn from by anyone
  • each turn, each player gets 2 actions, then draws 2 at end of turn (discard down to 5 if more than 5 cards are in hand)
  • one action is used when: playing a flavor card on dispensers, "eating" another player's Pez or an ability stated on a dispenser card
  • you play flavor cards on dispensers to try and "fill them up" with flavors listed alongside the dispenser
  • completed dispensers gain points and sometimes special abilities
  • total point value at any time is the number of points earned from completed dispensers minus the number of unfinished dispensers that player is working on (prevents amassing of dispenser cards being worked on)
  • the first player to get to the point value wins

Advanced rules

  • change the point value to win for a longer/shorter game
  • discard a card to draw a card as one action, for strategy
  • allow for larger hand size instead of 5
  • play on teams, first team to get a specific point value (together), wins
