Param Bir Singh
Param Bir Singh is a 1988 batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer who is serving as the Police Commissioner of Mumbai, India, the seventh most populous city in the world. Param Bir Singh took over as Mumbai's police commissioner on 29 February 2020, succeeding Sanjay Barve. He was previously posted as the Director General (DG) of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). He is a former Police Commissioner of Thane.[1][2]
